 In the Get Fit HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, you will give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods (rests). This type of training gets your heart rate up and burns fat (not muscle) in less time than long workouts doing just cardio. You’ll improve your cardio, agility, and strength in a “start where you are” atmosphere (we include modifications for various fitness levels).
