WELCOME TO FLEX!
FLEX is your perfect weekend workout! You will work your whole body using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and burn calories up to 24 hours after you’re done. We will get your heart pumping! This is followed by a session of PiYo, with moves inspired by Pilates and Yoga. You will strengthen and stretch your body, while maintaining an elevated heart rate. We will cool down with dynamic stretching to improve your flexibility and get you ready to attack the day with feel-good confidence!
